- Our profession faces a developing professional trend against manual therapy. a sudden shift restricting the delivery of manual interventions due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), further questions the future role of manual therapy. This two-fold movement away from manual therapy, one slow, one fast, requires that we review the foundations and benefits of a handson approach within patient management.
